I’m a small to medium-sized non-profit with limited budget and some technical support — Moodle is my first choice. It gives maximum flexibility, is free, and I can set up forums/community + courses + assessments.
I want something more plug-and-play, easier to maintain, and my team doesn’t have deep technical resources, I will go with Tovuti LMS or Paradiso LMS for a balanced mix of training + community features.
